I needed to change my flight date and wasn’t too sure what I should do, so through the Cathay Pacific website I contacted support. Faster than I thought, they got back to me, and the different options they explained clearly.
The agent was polite, and complicated they didn’t make it, which I appreciated. In one chat it was all sorted, so that was a big relief for me. Overall, happy with how it went.

I was mostly just happy the boarding moved along without too much hassle and the flight felt calm. Nothing fancy, but it was comfortable enough, and I noticed once I settled in that the seats and floor were actually really clean. Nice flight overall.
